Eurofins Scientific completed the acquisition of Cimera.

Eurofins Scientific, a Luxembourg-based company specializing in physicochemical analysis of food and the environment, completed the acquisition of Cimera, a provider of solutions for the management of water. Its services include sampling and identification of aquatic organisms, design and operation of water quality control networks and various hydrology services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
