Causeway Technologies, powerful software developer that transforms commercial performance across the front-line of its construction customers' businesses, completed the acquisition of Ermeo, a SaaS software, from Hi Inov, Axeleo Capital, SNCF Digital Ventures and Partech Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ermeo has invested heavily in developing a next generation, highly configurable mobile platform that readily integrates with back-office applications. This ‘no-code’ solution brings all data and processes into one place, avoiding repetition, inefficient workarounds and potential data loss.
