Dometic to acquire Valterra Products.

Dometic, a Swedish company that manufactures a variety of products, notably for the recreational vehicle, pleasure boating, and hospitality industries, agreed to acquire Valterra Products, a North American provider of service and aftermarket products to the RV and CPV industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am pleased to welcome Valterra and its employees to Dometic.
