Pinnacle Asset Management-backed Six One Commodities, a global energy trading merchant, completed the acquisition of Vega Energy Partners and WGL Midstream, natural gas companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These acquisitions will accelerate our growth in the natural gas market, add significant earnings potential, and provide a solid platform for us to link our existing domestic and international LNG businesses.
