Tencent, a holding company, agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Shanghai Sunborn, a game developer, for $157m. Shanghai Sanbo is a domestic veteran two-dimensional game developer, and "Girls Frontline" is one of the few domestic two-dimensional games that can maintain a high reputation for long-term operations in China for so many years.
