Telemos Capital to acquire Mammut from Conzzeta.

Private equity firm Telemos Capital agreed to acquire Mammut, a Swiss outdoor brand, from Conzzeta, a Swiss holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Mammut, with its rich heritage and strong brand, has achieved significant milestones over the past decades and we are very excited about the future possibilities with the Mammut premium outdoor products and services," Philippe Jacobs, Telemos Capital Executive Chairman.
