IDEX completed the acquisition of Airtech from EagleTree Capital for $470m.

IDEX, a publicly traded company engaged in the development, design, and manufacture of fluidics systems and specialty engineered products, completed the acquisition of Airtech, a provider of highly engineered pressure technology products, from private equity firm EagleTree Capital for $470m. "The acquisition of Airtech expands our expertise in specialized, high-performing air moving technologies, increasing our ability to serve customers’ needs," Eric Ashleman, IDEX CEO and President.
