Alto Partners-backed CEI, a manufacturer of aftermarket components for industrial and commercial vehicles, including gear and transmission parts, completed the acquisition of Lema, a manufacturer of aftermarket components and spare parts for heavy commercial vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed.
