Holmusk, a global data science and digital health company, completed the acquisition of Otsuka Health Solutions, a UK-based mental health, predictive analytics provider, from Otsuka, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is an important milestone in our ambition to lead behavioral health innovation globally.
