Avizor International completed the acquisition of Vita Research.

Avizor International, a European manufacturer in the production of products for the maintenance of contact lenses and ocular health, completed its acquisition of Vita Research, an eyewear manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Avizor Internacional, a leading European manufacturer in the production of products for the maintenance of contact lenses and ocular health, already knew us well as a subcontractor of most of our articles: it expressed its interest and, therefore, we we have decided to carry on the operation," Arturo Arveni, Vita Research Manager.
