SD Worx to acquire Aditro.

SD Worx, a European payroll and HR services provider, agreed to acquire Aditro, a cloud HR & payroll software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For SD Worx, this is a unique opportunity to enter the Nordics market and to cover Finland, Norway and Sweden..
