Synopsis
Groupe CAT, a logistics operator, and Mosolf, a Germany-based automotive services and logistics firm, created the joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is a big deal in the sector, strategically important for both companies. Together, we have over 20 years of experience and a comprehensive, very competitive offer," Wojciech Dutkiewicz, MOSTVA President of the Management Board.
