Aksiom and Ara Partners completed the acquisition of px Group from Bluewater Private Equity.

Aksiom Services Group, an investment firm, and Ara Partners, a global private equity firm, completed the acquisition of px Group, an operator of complex energy transition and industrial infrastructure assets across the UK, from Bluewater Private Equity, a private equity firm. Management of px Group also participated in the acquisition. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a great example of the benefits private equity can bring to both companies and investors. Our strategy was buy-and-build, and in 5 years our investment has more than trebled. In the same period, we have transformed the company to a leader in energy transition by using our network to supplement the management team and drive growth both organically and via acquisition,” Graeme Sword, Bluewater Founding Partner.
