Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, a Madrid-based private university, agreed to acquire The Valley Digital Business School, a business school specialized in the digital sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this deal, UAX aims to strengthen its commitment to innovation and digitization with the objective of creating a unique education ecosystem that empowers its students to lead digitization at a global level.
