Octopus Renewables, an investor in solar power, and Nest, a workplace pension provider, completed the acquisition of two operational UK biomass plants from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, an investment firm, and Burmeister & Wain, a Danish shipyard and diesel engine producer.
