Société Générale-backed ALD, a mobility solutions provider, agreed to acquire Bansabadell Renting, a renting firm which consists of the medium to long term rental of all the equipment necessary for a pharmacy, from Banco Sabadell, a provider of deposits and offers commercial banking services, for $72m. “This acquisition leverages our positioning in the full service vehicle leasing segment and we look forward to a successful collaboration with Banco Sabadell.
