Civitas and Envivo Group completed the acquisition of Crusader Medical Care.

Civitas, an investment management firm and Envivo Group, a heathcotes provider, completed the acquisition of Crusader Medical Care, a provider of nursing care for complex and challenging clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our business has developed a strong reputation for care quality and its commitment to our residents and staff. It was important that a suitable acquirer was found that would continue to operate the business in this manner and I believe that Envivo fits the criteria perfectly," Vincent Ashley, Crusader Medical Care Founder and Director.
