SCPG Holdings, a shopping mall owner, developer and operator in China, agreed to acquire a stake in Cybertan Technology, a manufacturer of broadband and wireless networking equipment, from Foxconn, an electronics manufacturer and technological solution provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
