Quva and Jan Dejonghe to acquire Abriso Jiffy from Bencis Capital Partners.

Quva, an investment company, and Jan Dejonghe agreed to acquire Abriso Jiffy, a company providing protective packaging and insulation products, from Bencis Capital Partners, an independent private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Abriso-Jiffy team is happy to have Quva as the new reference shareholder. Quva, and Pascal Vanhalst in particular, is a long-term industrial investor and entrepreneur who commits itself to support the sustainable growth strategy of Abriso-Jiffy," Jan Dejonghe.
