Albireo Energy to merge with Chartwell.

Albireo Energy, a provider of smart building services to commercial and institutional buildings, agreed to merge with Chartwell, a provider of building energy management systems control services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Albireo Energy and Chartwell Controls will continue to enhance our deliverables to an expanded client base through organic growth, as well as acquisitions and mergers. Our merged team is fully committed to providing exceptional service to our current customers and looks forward to new opportunities.
