Albireo Energy, a provider of smart building services to commercial and institutional buildings, agreed to merge with Chartwell, a provider of building energy management systems control services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Albireo Energy and Chartwell Controls will continue to enhance our deliverables to an expanded client base through organic growth, as well as acquisitions and mergers.
