Air Liquide-backed Seppic completed the acquisition of EPI France.

Air Liquide-backed Seppic, a company which designs and supplies specialty chemical products for health and wellbeing, completed the acquisition of EPI France, company specialized in the development and manufacture of active ingredients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition opens up new growth opportunities for Seppic in the cosmetics and dietary supplements markets.
