Lime Technologies completed the acquisition of Userlike for $24m.

Lime Technologies, a provider of enterprise software solutions, completed the acquisition of Userlike, a customer messaging platform, for $24m. "Userlike will continue as before, both as a product and as a company. We will operate as an independent company and product within the Lime Technologies Group. So we keep our name, our product, our team, management and office," Timoor Taufig, Userlike CEO and Co-Founder.
