Quadrant Private Equity to acquire Prime100.

Quadrant Private Equity, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Prime100, a producer of pet food products intended for the Australian markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. Prime100 is an Australian premium pet food manufacturer with global distribution capabilities. The business manufactures high quality / premium products primarily for cats and dogs in-house, and distributes through a variety of pet specialty retailers, vets, large supermarket chains and online stores in Australia and Asia.
