Enjet Aero to acquire Birken Manufacturing.

Enjet Aero, an aerospace company, agreed to acquire Birken Manufacturing, a provider of CNC machining and engine component designing services for the aerospace industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting milestone for Enjet. Birken will expand our breadth of capabilities enabling a wider range of ‘one-stop-shop’ solutions for our customers. The addition of Birken’s talented team will create Enjet’s largest facility and ensure that we remain laser focused on continuing our mission of becoming the strategic supply chain partner of choice for aircraft engine OEM’s,” Bruce Breckenridge, Enjet Aero Chief Executive Officer.
