Deutsche, a private equity firm completed the acquisition of Company Bike Solutions, bikes and e-bikes producers to employees of medium and large sized companies through leasing contracts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We would like to get even more companies and their employees excited about our bicycles - and continue to grow significantly.
