Altor-Backed NOD to acquire Cooee Design.

Altor-Backed Network of Design, a group of fast-growing design brands in the home decor space, agreed to acquire Cooee Design, a Swedish designer brand offering a range of products within the home interior space such as vases, trays, and objects. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Cooee is a great fit for NOD.
