Saferoad, a supplier of road safety solutions in Europe, completed the acquisition of KaideKanerva, a guardrail company in Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For quite some time we have been considering our alternatives for how we should continue the business. We are very pleased that Saferoad, a company with long experience in the field of road safety and whose personnel and operating methods we know, was selected as the best option among several buyer candidates.
