Intervala completed the acquisition of the Ohio electronics business from NEOTech.

Intervala, a full-service manufacturer of precision electronic and electromechanical products, completed the acquisition of the Ohio electronics business from NEOTech, an electronic components maker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of NEOTech’s Mason business presented Intervala with a unique opportunity to further advance our growth strategy and expand our customer base in key target markets.
