CenterGate, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of The Mulch and Soil Company, high-quality mulches, premium planting and potting soils, decorative bark, other ground cover products, and complementary landscape products manufacturer and distributor, from Blue Wolf Capital, a private equity firm.
