Bridge Growth Partners-backed Syniti to merge with Data Migration Resources.

Bridge Growth Partners-backed Syniti, an enterprise data management firm, agreed to merge with Data Migration Resources, a provider of high-quality data. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined company will operate under the Syniti name. "Syniti represents the next generation of enterprise data management.
