Triton Partners-backed Dantaxi to acquire HB-Care from Catacap Management.

Triton Partners-backed Dantaxi, a provider of taxi services, agreed to acquire HB-Care, a provider of special care transportation services intended to serve municipalities and institutions in Denmark, from Catacap Management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dantaxi wishes to strengthen its position in a rapidly changing passenger transport industry. With this acquisition, we will improve our position on the important market of specialized scheduled transports to institutions. HB-Care is the market leader here today, and it is an area in which we see great potential. Furthermore, an optimized utilization of our joint car fleets of almost 2.3k vehicles significantly strengthens our current competitive position and benefits customers. An ever closer collaboration will also lead to strategic and operational synergies within education, service and green transformation," Carsten Aastrup, Dantaxi CEO.
