Altamont Capital Partners to acquire INTERMIX from Gap.

Altamont Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire INTERMIX, a provider of apparel, from Gap, an apparel retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Altamont shares our vision for accelerated growth, best-in-class customer experience and an entrepreneurial team culture.
