Skagerak Varme, an energy company, completed an acquisition of Skien Fjernvarme, an utility company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The owners of Skien Fjernvarme believe the time is ripe for Skagerak Varme to take the company fully into the group's further investment in growth in renewable energy sources.
