Inflexion-backed Aspen Pumps completed the acquisition of 2 Emme Clima.

Inflexion-backed Aspen Pumps, a manufacturer of specialist pumps, completed the acquisition of 2 Emme Clima, an Italian manufacturer of air conditioning brackets and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting new chapter in our long relationship with 2 Emme Clima.
