Berkshire Hathaway-backed Summit Homes completed the acquisition of Berkeley Building Co, a residential home builder and developer in Boise, Idaho metro area. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to expand into the Boise market and welcome Berkeley to the Summit family. It was clear that both companies share very similar core values and cultural alignment.
