Kiwa, an firm operating in testing, inspection and certification sector, completed the acquisition of PVEL, a provider of solar panel testing and characterization services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to join the Kiwa Group and establish a physical presence for PVEL in the European market and beyond.
