Wix.com completed the acquisition of Rise.ai.

Wix.com, a cloud-based web development services provider, completed the acquisition of Rise.ai, an artificial intelligence solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It powers tens of thousands of leading brands with loyalty and Rise.ai re-engagement solutions to grow their businesses," Yair Miron, Founder and CEO.
