Grain Management to acquire Tachus from Crosstimbers Capital Group.

Grain Management, a private investment firm exclusively focused on broadband technology and the global communications sector, agreed to acquire Tachus, a fiber-to-the-home provider in Texas, from Crosstimbers Capital Group, a Houston-based principal investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to back the exceptional team at Tachus in their next phase of growth.
