Borsa Italiana-backed NB Aurora to acquire 30% stake in Veneta Cucine for $43m.

Borsa Italiana-backed NB Aurora, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire 30% stake in Veneta Cucine, a manufacturer and distributor of home furnishing products, for $43m. Veneta Cucine is a leader in the design, production and manufacture of kitchens, living rooms and furnishing accessories, an Italian industrial excellence that has succeeded over the years in transforming itself into an international group with a management model, becoming today the largest Italian kitchen furniture platform.
