Harvest Partners to invest in HelpSystems.

Harvest Partners, a non-control private equity investor, agreed to invest in HelpSystems, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "HelpSystems has grown significantly in the 18 months since TA and Charlesbank invested, and we’re thrilled to have attracted HP SCF as a partner as we continue to scale the business.
