Datagroup, a German IT service provider, completed the acquisition of URANO Informationssysteme, an experienced and reliable regional IT solution partner. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The participation is another logical step in the development of datagroup. URANO is a perfect addition to the group, and it has very good access to the authorities of the federal states of Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.
