Pendal Group completed the acquisition of Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley from BrightSphere for $320m.

Pendal Group, an independent, global investment management business, completed the acquisition of Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley, a Virginia-based value investment manager, from BrightSphere, a diversified, global asset management company, for $320m. "We are thrilled to welcome the TSW team and its clients to Pendal Group. Client support has been incredibly strong, with 96% of TSW client consent received in just 11 weeks.
