Hutchison Ports, a private holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, completed the acquisition of APM Terminals Rotterdam, a container terminal, from APM Terminals, an international container terminal operating company headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce our divestment of APMTR to Hutchison Ports. Over the past eighteen months, the various parties have worked intensively and constructively together with all relevant parties, including APMTR’s works council and trade unions, to complete the transaction.
