Sterling Capital Brokers to merge with Riverview Insurance Solutions.

Sterling Capital Brokers, an independent benefit consulting firm, agreed to merge with Riverview Insurance Solutions, an industry leader in group benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, and critical illness coverage. Financial terms were not disclosed.
