Taylor Maxwell to acquire SBS Cladding.

Taylor Maxwell, a facade and timber products provider, agreed to acquire SBS Cladding, a decorative rainscreen cladding provider, including framing systems, insulation and fire breaks. Financial terms were not disclosed.
