Montanyà Hotel & Lodge completed the acquisition of Senator Hotels & Resorts for c.€20m.

Montanyà Hotel & Lodge, a Spain-based hotel resort, completed the acquisition of Senator Hotels & Resorts, a family hotel chain, for c.€20m ($24m). "The operation includes the general modernization of the facilities and the Rossell family chain will reposition the complex as a destination for family tourism, premium events and conventions," Senator Hotels & Resorts.
