The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of Spartech from Nautic Partners.

Private equity firm The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of Spartech, a manufacturer of engineered thermoplastics and custom packaging solutions, from Nautic Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to be partnering with the Spartech management team as the company builds on its recent success and enters its next phase of growth. We will continue to invest heavily in the business to support organic growth and strategic acquisitions," Dan Williams, The Jordan Company Partner.
