secunet, a German provider of high-quality IT security, agreed to acquire stashcat, a developer of a communication platform designed to secure messenger for companies and authorities, from heinekingmedia, a developer of modern screen communication and professional secure messaging, and Verlagsgesellschaft Madsac, a company that publishes, edits, and produces advertising and newspapers.
