Abénex completed the acquisition of EDL for €101m.

Abénex, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of Edition et Développement Logiciels, a software provider for medical imaging services, for €101m. "We were convinced by the enriching dialogue and the trust-based relationship we quickly built with Abénex. Abénex will support us in our external growth strategy and in structuring the company following Jean-Louis Marx's stepping back from its operational tasks. Abénex will help us to strengthen our position as a major player in technological innovation for healthcare services," Jean Lordet, Alain Lopez and Jean-Louis Marx, EDL Founders and Executives.
